Find the cheapest way to send a package with web application Shiptool. After providing the site with your shipping and destination addresses and package type, Shiptool scours UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, and returns all of your shipping options sorted by price to help you find the cheapest solution to fit your needs. The biggest thing missing from Shiptool is a column displaying delivery estimates, though some service types do explicitly state their delivery turnover (e.g., UPS 3 Day Select). Shiptool also does package tracking, but with all the great package tracking tools already out there, the shipping rates feature is what sets it apart.
